Fellow SLPOA members,

The Police Retirement System of St. Louis has a new proposal for changes to the pension system. The proposed changes can be found on the message board of this site.  Please review them and offer your input on line or contact your respective Division Representatives with any questions or comments. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments via email, telephone, or in person.

I have called an emergency General Membership Meeting for Monday, January 9, 2012, 3:30pm, at the SLPOA hall. Please make every effort to attend the meeting. If you are on-duty, please ask your immediate supervisor for permission to attend. If you are not able to attend and have any questions please call the hall and ask.

The official position of the SLPOA will be based upon the feedback received from the membership. You must decide if we support or oppose these changes.
