Dump the Oppressor, Joseph, and Vote for the Challenger, James: My Endorsement in the Fourth Senatorial District’s August 3, 2010 Democratic Primary

By Thomas A Duda, notmymayor.com

As promised earlier in the year, I am returning to the subject of Joseph Keaveny’s attempt to continue his charmed existence as a sycophant to Francis Slay.

Mayor Francis Slay's Mailer for Joseph Keaveny, 2005

Keaveny is a disgusting oppressor whose most ardent supporters possess–and express–incomprehensible, misogynistic views. Therefore, I am thrilled to see that St. Louis’s Fourth District has a powerful choice for progressive change in the candidacy of James Long.

Whereas Keaveny wants to tax us out of existence by giving millions to the Paul McKees of the St. Louis region, Long will instead promote intelligent and targeted public expenditures for job creation, public safety, and quality public schools.

Joseph Keaveny Hates Public Schools, 2005

I endorse James Long in the Democratic Primary for Fourth District State Senator on August 3, 2010, and I hope that you will consider supporting him as well.
