Hall Rental
The St. Louis Police Officers’ Association welcomes any active or retired member in good standing, to rent our hall and facility.
Whether you are having a wedding reception, birthday party, retirement party, fundraiser, or just a family gathering, the SLPOA hall can meet your needs and budget.
The SLPOA hall features a bar, a large kitchen area, full service restrooms, various seating arrangements, and accommodates a disk jockey or live band.
You can view the facility and hall during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Rates

RULES and REGULATIONS:
- Use of the hall will be on a first come, first served basis, with SLPOA functions having a priority over other usage.
- Use of the hall will be limited to non-business hours only. All functions will be limited to 200 persons in accordance with the occupancy permit.
- All functions to end at midnight.
- Set up and arrangements of tables, chairs, and decorations will be the responsibility of the party or parties renting the hall.
- Kitchen facilities shall be used for warming purposes only. NO cooking is allowed!
- Only persons hired by the SLPOA will clean the facility, and open and close the facility.
- All beer will be purchased through the SLPOA in accordance with the current Liquor license.
- Decorations are the responsibility of the renter. The SLPOA has helium on site for balloons. The SLPOA permits tape used to for decorations on the walls, but no tacks, nails or staples are to be used.

RATES:
A deposit of $100.00 (one-hundred dollars) shall be paid at the time the contract is signed. The deposit will be returned if Hall rental is canceled 30 days before event. This deposit will be in the form of damage assurance and will be refundable in full if no damage is sustained to the building or its contents. Any damage to the building, furniture, or fixtures in excess of this deposit will be solely the responsibility of the contract-signing member.
A $300.00 (three hundred dollars) fee for the actual rental of the hall must be paid in full at least thirty (30) days prior to the date reserved. This fee is non-refundable.
If the actual rental fee has not been paid in accordance with the above provision then the initial $100.00 (one-hundred dollar) deposit may be returned and the reservation canceled.
ALL DATES WILL REMAIN OPEN AND AVAILABLE UNTIL THE MEMBER HAS SIGNED THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT AND PROVIDED THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT.

- $ 0.10 - BOWLS FOR SNACKS
- $ 9.00 - PLASTIC COVERING FOR TABLES
The covering of the tables is mandatory, but you need not purchase the plastic from us.
You must provide your own soft drinks and food.
Bartenders $5.00 an hour for beer and set-ups, $6.00 an hour for mixed drinks.
Total cost of all goods used including the bartender(s) to be paid the night of the event.
