UPDATE: The sentencing hearing has been cancelled.

There will be a plea acceptance hearing in Division 9, this coming Thursday, May 2, 2013. The significance is that the defendant, Vitterio Walls, is charged with UUW/Flourishing after he pointed a rifle at 7th District officers Chamblin and Clark on April 12,2013.
The prosecutor is asking for the maximum allowable sentence of 4-years be handed down and is in fear that the Judge will sentence the offender to Suspended Imposition of Sentence.
The prosecutor has requested that we have a strong presence of officers in the courtroom during this hearing.
Please take the time to attend this hearing and assist with sending the strong message to Judges that we are not going to tolerate lenient sentencing of criminals, especially when we are the victims.
